Lost 30 lb in 30 weeks just by being ~500 cal negative every day. Don’t drink calories, skip breakfast, and cutting out obvious ‘junk’ made it rather easy once I got past the first 4 weeks of willpower & adjustment. that’s it, nothing fancy. (40yr old male)
