Mine probably isn’t that secret these days, but almost every sauce I add nutritional yeast to. Curry, chilli, bolognese, it just makes them all better.

Like full of aroma. But vegan cheese is always less ick than cow milk with antibiotics, pus and more.
There literally is a max amount of pus allowed in milk, for a reason.
