This is my first comment here ever. Reddit user for 11+ years. After reading spez interviews on the verge and comments he sent mods I can’t in good conscience continue to use it.
WELCOME, baberim! I’m new here too and felt the same way. Reddit historically handled blunders fairly well, not perfectly, but better than this. It’s so sad to see they couldn’t pull in that same community-focused energy they have in the past. I wish we could have stayed there. But on the other hand - we have an opportunity to build a new future together, a new internet and decentralized social web. And that’s exciting. :)
