If you have a big storage device you can just partition it and have dual boot, or if you need to use windows stuff you can always virtualize it with Virtualbox for example.
Answering you question, you just need to download the windows iso and use MAS(google it) to activate windows/office permanently. But anyway nowadays isn’t required to activate windows unless you want to change how your desktop looks.

I didn’t said to blindly follow an AI, in fact, you should never follow anything blindly, I just said(supposing you have common sense) you can save some time using an AI to look for answers instead of using normal search engines.
Actually that’s the way to remove the root folder, but obviously people should know if you remove the root folder you remove everything in the partition included the system and the files, it’s not a problem of the AI it’s a problem about dumb people.

Virtualizing the whole windows OS right inside Linux I think it’s the best option if you want to use the M$ ecosystem.
What about using workspaces instead of extra monitors? You can use Linux Mint EDGE for that.

As I replied to other comment here, the person who told me this work for an intelligence agency, first I was sceptical about this just like you, but after I tested it in the field I noticed something relevant, when I do the trick people look at me, and it’s not like they see me with the side of their eye, it’s more like they feel something in that moment, try it by yourself and let me know your experiences I’m documenting myself about this.
I like to believe it is possible, I mean there is a bunch of people who believe in god beside there isn’t any scientific evidence of it, so scientific evidence lack it’s not exactly a determinating factor. Btw scientific evidence are made with in field work first and as I tested this in the field I can confirm there is something happening here.
