Bottles can also be configured to run “normal” applications alongside possible games and stuff, while Lutris has more a “gaming” UI vibes (but you can run everything you want on both of them really) and additionally provides some integrations for other emulators. I think it comes down to personal tastes at the end of the day, both of them under the hood use wine/proton and apply settings to it before running the application
