Playing Planescape: Torment for the first time, amazing game though the rather dated interface can get tiresome.
A piece of paper folded in my pocketand a travel sized pen…
I miss Timely oohhh soo much
Im interested in an answer to this too…I have been wearing Eccos for years, but recently they too have fallen victum to QoverQ (Quarterly profits over Quality).
Wouldn’t it require the same amount of energy to get airborn / propaget as any other powered aircraft? Because, like, physics…
Or be a unicorn breeder, because that job also exists.
I’m not.
Anarchy, in it’s purest sense, is to a system what darkness is to light. Darkness is the absence of light, not a thing in-and-of itself. Anarchy is the lack of an establishment or system, rather than a system in itself.
What this means, in practical application, is that most anarchists are simply opposed to whatever system exists currently. Human nature dictates that SOME system will exist as long as we do, so true anarchy can only exist when there are no longer humans around to perceive it.
In historical context, this almost always means that when anarchy “takes over,” what it creates is a “systemic void” which - like any vacuum - quickly gets filled. Usually by the guy with the biggest stick.
Depending on what you consider technology:
I have several firearms well over 100 years old in perfectly operational condition.
Quite a few kitchen appliances from the 70s that will never die.
And a working Apple IIgs.
As far as use on a daily or near daily basis, I have a 1974 Fender guitar amp, and a few other speakers and musical instruments that are vintage that are also going to outlive me.
I keep a spreadsheet literally called “games to play”. Ive played about half of these so far, but they all meet your criteria, and all have overall good reviews, here’s a selection from it, including my own notes: (pardon the lack of formatting coming from a spreadsheet)

I cant imagin how many 3.5 cables I’d have ruined onstage…they are simplynot stromg enough.
Congrats on your new doggo!
I was in your boat, and the strips just dont cut it for me.
I bought a cheap pack of “nasal dialators” on amazon (tried a variety pack first to find the size that worked best, now settled on ‘large’). They’re basically plastic cones that force your nostrils open. They hurt a little at first, but now im used to them and breathe SO MUCH better.
A few years back a guy did agood dive into this on (other website name redacted). He said for things like digital camersand other high draw items, Duracell is still the champ - however, $/hour of use, some cgeaper bands came out ahead. I still have half a giant pack of AC Delco AA / AAAs that have been quite solid.
These and “Sucrets” - for when you throat hurts and you want novacaine in tablet form.
Source: professional singer. These two have saved me many times.
Or a toilet. Basically anything that gets pee on it.
Sadly, a mini black hole would suck up everything around it. Much like a tiny Katamari Damacy, it would quite quickly consume everyone and everything around it. Of course after not too long it would become a regular sized black hole.
Whaaaaaa?!
Strong dissagree. I am barely functional pre-caffeine in the early morning. A Keurig is about as much mental energy as I can muster to operate. It is a godsend to me on day I work early.
