This is one of the best options, specially if you finished studying, or are an older person. You’ll be surrounded by people that share an interest in similar things as you.

If it’s just text (paperback novels), digital. If it has some illustrations, or is a comic or an art book, physical. Same for technical books with diagrams: physical. I don’t have an iPad or a large ebook to appreciate graphic content in the same way as in a physical book. I have no problems reading novels off my phone, on the other hand.

With time, you end up realizing that you gain nothing from these interactions, so it’s best to ignore them, and focus on those that make your life better.

No matter if it’s the internet or real life, life’s too short to waste it on meaningless discussion with stupid people, they won’t change and you’ll only waste time.

Use your time and energy in meaningful things, and try to be a happier person.

I take it with liquid yoghurt. Take it daily and your trips to the bathroom will be a delight (nice fiber in these that your guts will appreciate).
