Have you connected the monitor to another system to rule it out?

If the pc isn’t seeing a 2nd monitor then it’s probably a graphics card issue.

If monitor 1 switches to monitor 2 port does it work?

Update: RAC (UK roadside breakdown service) turned up and switched it out in under 30 minutes, we found a wood screw in the tyre which is what caused the puncture.

I couldn’t change it myself due to not having the tools with me. Luckily my boss understood and I actually got out of a call I didn’t want to go to so silver lining I suppose.

It’s got wheel locking nuts on so couldn’t switch it myself plus the spare wasn’t inflated
