Jealous vs envious is super common to misuse as I did for years because envious seems ‘old fashioned’ these days.

Yeah… balloons end up in the sea and frequently turtles eat them thinking that their jellyfish. Dead sea turtles have been found stuffed full of plastic bags and balloons.

If you are somewhere pretty cold and unsociable then fine. You could also wear two pairs at once, the woolen ones on the outside and washed less often than thinner ones inside to wash often. Done that. Works well. Again; cold, kinda not social.
