Probably ‘Talos Principle’. I still haven’t finished it though. A tier puzzle game for me. Maybe S tier by the time I finish!

because conservatives believe everyone thinks like them and are just scared to admit it
just need to preserve this line because its so spot on
Eh it has so much more production wise than journey though… I love journey, it’s a one of a kind play experience… but everything is minimalistic. Stray is the opposite so chucking them another 15 bucks to cover character design and animation, level design, voice acting, etc doesn’t feel too bad to me
+1 for God of war ragnarock, no ps5 here so I’ll be waiting for steam release. I just played the prequel this year anyways so I can wait
I finally got one and played it this summer, worth the wait for sure
I picked up the Talos Principle - not done with it yet but enjoying it, reminds me a little bit of portal with just less polished art direction
Haha, that is a pretty hilarious visual. Do we get funny hats?
Well I feel like have to kick this off with
Rain World
Have you played Return of Obra Dinn? Also Inscryption, the creator is half mad
I feel like this story is essentially propaganda at this point- at least in the USA where the ‘risk’ for the rich never plays out.
The rich don’t actually risk their money. They risk the government’s money and other’s lives and livelihoods. When they fail, they get bailed. Bailed out by the banks. Or they simply don’t pay their bills and lay off all their employees and let everyone else take a bath.
Rather than inflating everything, why don’t we tax the shit out of their held wealth? Seems more direct without all the side effects of making FOOD, HOUSING, AND HEALTHCARE UNAFFORDABLE
all these takes kinda suck.
The people most affected by inflation aren’t the rich at all. Theirs a whole generation inflated out of housing. Some might understand that as modern serfdom.
Because capitalism = cancer. It survives on endless growth. it hates retraction, even if the host survives longer.
So they print money and target inflation. They take actions that MAKE it so things never deflate.
oh my boss felt entitled to this recently
they point blank told me they needed me in the office because ‘they owned the building’ (read: they think they are entitled to use their employees time and resources to prop up the value of their commercial real estate)
they also spent the time during the pandemic installing a giant paid cafeteria, so they were hoping to capture some of that lunch revenue I mentioned for themselves, or the company they sub-contracted with
(yes, I did quit, get a new job, and a raise)
I work remote and do see that money. Let me explain how:
I save money on car maintenance, gas, and business attire.
I save money on food by eating at home or eating in my neighborhood instead, which adds value to my neighborhood and creates businesses in my neighborhood instead of my bosses
I save roughly 2 hours of getting ready / commute time per day, and time is money.
What’s wild is that my boss ever felt entitled to all of that for their benefit.
This is why everyone should take steps to protect their privacy. You don’t have to go 0-100 overnight. Just audit yourself and do a few things now. Keep those habits up. Then audit and add a few more things, repeat.
I need to do this myself, I’ve been slipping
