Come back after your uploaded it to the cloud and edited it using Google docs.
I’ve only played oot, but it’s a wonderful game. My first Zelda game that completely pulled me into the series.
That sounds really interesting! Thanks for that link.
Nice. So I just need to update the mesa version whenever it arrives, and it should be faster now? Also, are there any disadvantages to using amdvlk instead of mesa?
What I’ve found to be helpful is to not learn the words first, but rather learn the sentence formation, and find parallels in your own language. Understanding sentence structure would really help in learning the language, and you can always substitute unknown words with English until you learn them. See how a sentence in your language is translated to that language, and see how the structure is different. Building parallels like this for different types of sentences would really help you learn the language better.
‘Fine’ is a stretch. I don’t think I can sew myself good enough to prevent infection and gangrene.
My Canon laser printer works fine on Linux. I have had trouble setting up custom paper size, but I have made it work. Unfortunately, I distro hop a lot, and feel too lazy to try setting it up again.
I was using it for over a year, and it was very stable. My only issue was that the opi method to install aur like packages was not as good as using aur itself, so I have recently moved back to arch.
Complaining about reddit is part of the process. Let them do the same thing you did when you first migrated over.
Thanks for the suggestion. I use windscribe as a vpn. Do I use tailscale instead of windscribe, or are they two different things?
Can captchas be setup to create communities? That would prevent a lot of spam communities I’m seeing.
Not related to shitposting, but I miss the gifs from Reddit.
Thank you. How does it compare to a raspberry pi, or a mini pc at home? Is the draw that it’s available 24x7 and on the internet?
ELI5 what a VPS is?
Or any ceo, really. Their only goal is to make short term money.
He’s a good candidate too, but to me, John Oliver has come to be associated with Reddit revolts in the media, because he was flooding the front page for a while. Even major news outlets wrote about it. If he does an ama here, it would symbolically show that those people have moved on to Lemmy.
I think it would be a definite boost to the fediverse, because a major talking point I see in reddit discussions is that there is no viable alternative to reddit, so people are going to stay no matter what. This event would put a big spotlight on lemmy, and if it goes well, will result in a lot of regular users from reddit.
For me it’s because all these companies hate Linux for some reason. I have Amazon prime, Hulu, HBO max, and Apple TV, but they would only show sd if I’m on Linux.
I remember when Firefox was on 3.x for probably a decade
